Because we do not maintain a physical inventory of pre-made goods, our production model relies strictly on the accuracy of the specifications provided by the user during checkout.

2. Strict Return & Exchange Limitation
By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding returns:
  • All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, accidental orders, color preferences, or incorrect size selection. Detailed sizing charts are provided on every product page; it is your responsibility to consult them before purchasing.
  • Exceptions for Production Errors Only: In strict compliance with our fulfillment guidelines, exceptions are made solely for verified manufacturing defects, severe misprints, or items structurally damaged during transit.
  • Claim Deadline & Proof: Any claim regarding a defect or transit damage must be submitted to our support team with clear photographic evidence within 21 days of delivery. Failure to provide photographic proof or submitting a claim past this window will result in the immediate forfeiture of a replacement or refund.

3. Print Variation Disclaimer
We utilize advanced direct-to-garment (DTG) and digital printing technologies. However, because variations can occur naturally across fabric blends, computer monitors, and mobile screen displays, we cannot guarantee an exact 100% match in color vibrancy, placement, or saturation compared to the digital mockups viewed on your screen. Minor, industry-standard alignment tolerances and slight tonal variations do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this store, its owners, and its operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, delayed carrier shipping times, or package thefts occurring after a carrier marks an order as "Delivered."
